These graphs present data collected through our comprehensive framework for evaluating online public services. In the 2024 data collection, the assessment is based on three key dimensions, comprising 20 underlying indicators and 51 survey questions. The analysis includes scores for 98 services across nine life events, based on data from 2,389 public administrations. From the 2021 to 2023 data collection, the evaluation was conducted using four key dimensions, each consisting of 14 underlying indicators and 48 survey questions. This analysis covered 95 services across nine life events, drawing on data from 3,077 public administrations. In both periods, these metrics are combined using a weighted formula to calculate maturity scores and provide insight into each country’s digital service maturity.
